Shipping policy

UK Orders Only. Due to the nature of our products and their registrations, we are only able to ship within the United Kingdom. Any order placed with a non-UK shipping address will be cancelled. 

Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm (excluding bank holidays). Orders must be placed before 1:00pm for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the next working day (Monday - Excluding bank holidays). 

If an order is received after 1:00pm on any working day, we cannot guarantee same day dispatch.
